Overview: This session, Sustaining the Inquiry Ecosystem: Leadership, Advocacy and Systemic Change, empowers school librarians to take on leadership roles in fostering a sustainable, school-wide inquiry culture. It focuses on advocacy, systemic change, and capacity-building within educational communities. Participants will explore strategies for leadership, develop compelling advocacy approaches, and identify ways to integrate inquiry into school systems for lasting impact. Learning Objectives: By the end of this session, participants will: Recognise their role as leaders in advancing inquiry-based learning across their schools. Develop advocacy strategies to communicate the value of inquiry to key stakeholders. Identify practical steps to embed inquiry into curriculum, professional development, and school policies.
